These fine porcelain advertising signs bring life to the images of America from the turn of the century onward. These signs are "Made in the U.S.A." reproductions and are handmade using a process popularized in the early 1900's. The colors are not paints, but finely ground glass crystals which, when kiln fired at 1350 degrees farenhiet, fuse to the heavy steel plate. Each color is fired and applied separately, creating a durable, lustrous and rust resistant product. 4 small brass ringed holes for hanging.
