There is minimal tracking (even if I make the PO scan when I drop the items off) for First class mail. I
cannot guarantee delivery or insure any items unless they are shipped priority or express mail.

Handling charges are included to pay for delivery confirmation & insurance. This allows for traceability to protect me and you. This is the actual cost to me. I'm not trying to make money on my shipping, But my time, packaging and travel to the PO is another cost to me.
